Prelude Classics

Prelude Classics is a company founded on a passion for recording and a love of producing audio products of the highest quality.

Rooted in the philosophy of high-definition top-standard sound recording projects, Prelude Classics Music Record Manufacture produces audio formats with increased sample rates and bit depths, which makes it possible more directly to experience the artist’s original interpretative concept.

The owner, Michał Bryła, comes from a family with musical traditions and is a lecturer at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw and a member of the world-renowned Meccore String Quartet, having performed all over the world for many years. Through his experience in the matter of recording and cooperation with: Polish Radio, Radio France, Bayerischer Rundfunk, Rai3, Radio Poznań, Radio Stephansdom, NDR, SWR, as well as television broadcasters TVP and ZDF, as an artist he has decided to share his own form of aesthetics of realised projects and directing art with the audience.

The label aims to capture the instrument’s natural sound characteristics and the room’s acoustics in response to music lovers’ expectations concerning audiophile recording quality, taking also into account surround sound formats.

Our work is guided by the mission of capturing the emotions triggered by the musical experience. Classical music is a discipline of art that best reflects all kinds of feelings related to the human perceptive faculty.
